James Forrest, a graduate of Georgia Tech and a former professional basketball player, founded the James Forrest Scholastic and Sports Academy with the vision to develop youth into the best and most successful version of themselves. Through his expertise, enthusiasm, and dedication to creating impactful youth programs, Mr. Forrest has committed himself to teaching on and off the court and enhancing the lives of our youth across Metro Atlanta.

Team Forrest has partnered with the Future program, a tax-exempt 501c3 nonprofit organization, to further expand opportunities to underserved and underprivileged students in the Metro Atlanta area. The Future program uniquely exposes youth to

1. basketball structure,
2. attitude mindset,
3. academic alignment,
4. community service plans, and

HOW IT WORKS

The Future program provides academic mentoring while James Forrest Scholastic and Sports Academy helps to secure college scholarships for students, helping to decrease educational inequities present in lower-income neighborhoods.

Your contributions to the James Forrest Scholastic and Sports Academy impact youth and teens across Metropolitan Atlanta by supporting programming that trains students’ bodies and minds so that they can excel in college and beyond.
